Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All orders ship within 48 hours or less, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on the way!
Q: Are the pouches handmade?
A: Yes! Each pouch is cut, stitched, and pressed by hand using high-quality fabrics. We use curated, limited-edition prints, so every bag is one of a kind.
Q: Will the fabric styles restock?
A: We work in small batches, which means most fabric styles are limited-edition and won’t return. If you love a style, grab it before it’s gone!
Q: What are the stickers made of?
A: Our stickers are made from waterproof, durable vinyl and come with either a shiny or matte laminate. They’re best applied to flat, smooth surfaces (like laptops, tumblers, notebooks). One-time use is advised.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Occasionally! We offer limited custom embroidery or special requests depending on availability. If you’d like a custom pouch or sticker pack, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
