At Lux Doodles, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we understand that things happen, and we’re happy to offer exchanges on defective or damaged items.

Exchanges Only

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re here to make it right. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@luxdoodles.com within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note:

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including limited fabric items, are made just for you! Please allow up to 1 week for production before shipment. Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange unless damaged upon arrival.

Digital Downloads

All digital products are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, as they are delivered instantly.

Shipping Items Back

To initiate an exchange, please email hello@luxdoodles.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). If approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
